SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping in the U.S is 3-4 business days following printing. Printing can take up to 4 business days depending on size of your order. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship.

Once item is shipped, it is not the responsibility of On the Fly or its partners to ensure delivery. However, items lost in transit will be subject to reshipping and a new tracking number will be provided.

Items with a delivery status but customer states items were not received will need to dispute the delivery with the courier. Please ensure that delivery information is correct at time of ordering and encourage customers to provide a delivery location that is secure to receive packages.

REFUND POLICY

All merchandise sales are final. If incorrect items are received, please email our team at sconthefly@gmail.com and include your name, order number and photo of what item(s) were received.

If incorrect items were received based on order detail, a replacement will be shipped at no cost to customer.
